1. Scope

This policy explains which cookies and other information the incarline.com website stores in your browser, what they are used for, and how you can accept them, refuse them or withdraw your consent.

Controller: Incarline, Espace commercial Le Méridien, Route de Montpellier, 34700 Lodève, France. Contact: contact@incarline.com.

2. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file placed in your browser by the website you visit. The site may also store information in your browser’s local storage (“localStorage”): the rules below apply to both.

3. Stored without your consent: what is strictly necessary

These items are essential for the site to work. They are not used for any tracking.

4. Audience measurement, without cookies

To know how the site is used (number of visitors, pages viewed, referring site), we record each page view without cookies or trackers:

  • no IP address or identifier is kept: only an irreversible fingerprint, which changes every day, is computed. We can neither identify you nor follow you from one day to the next;
  • the data stays with us and is never shared with a third party;
  • it is deleted after 25 months.

This measurement, limited to site statistics, does not require your consent (CNIL guidelines).

5. HubSpot tracking: only with your consent

HubSpot is the tool we use to manage our relationship with customers and prospects. Only if you accept it (“Accept all” button, or “HubSpot tracking” under “Customize my choices”), HubSpot records:

  • the pages you view on incarline.com, and the site you came from;
  • if you write to us (quote request, contact form) or sign in to your account, this history is linked to your customer record, so we can better understand and handle your request.

Cookies set by HubSpot:

The data is hosted by HubSpot in its European data centre. HubSpot acts on our behalf as a processor. Any transfers of data outside the European Union to HubSpot, Inc. (United States) are governed by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which HubSpot, Inc. is certified, and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

If you refuse, HubSpot is not loaded on the site and none of these cookies is set.

6. Change your mind at any time

  • “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
  • If you have an account: My account › Cookies and tracking.

If you withdraw your consent, the HubSpot cookies are deleted from your browser and HubSpot is no longer loaded. Your choice, consent or refusal, is kept for 6 months, after which we ask again.

You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.

7. Your rights

For any question, or to exercise your rights of access, rectification or erasure, write to us at contact@incarline.com. See also our privacy policy. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
