Incarline Training Organization

1. Presentation of Incarline

Incarline is a training organization specialized in automotive electronics. The proposed training courses are part of the actions provided for in articles L.6313-1 and following of the Labor Code.

2. Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern the access, registration, participation, and payment modalities applicable to all training courses offered by Incarline.

3. Target Audience

The training courses are accessible to anyone wishing to acquire or develop technical skills in the field of automotive electronics, including:

• Shoemakers / Multiservice providers
• Garages and auto centers
• Automotive locksmiths
• Car breakers
• Maintenance and repair centers
• Self-employed individuals in career transition (already established or in the process of being established)

No technical prerequisites are required, unless specifically mentioned. An interest in automobiles is recommended.
A disability advisor is available for any adaptation requests.

4. Registration Modalities

Registration becomes effective upon receipt of:

• the signed quote and a deposit of 50% of the total VAT-inclusive amount of the training.
• if applicable, proof of funding coverage.

5. Possible Funding

The training courses may be fully or partially funded by the following schemes (depending on the beneficiary's situation):

• FAFCEA
• OPCO (e.g., AKTO)
• AGEFIPH
• AGENCE (formerly AGEFICE)
• KAIROS / France Travail
• Other funding organizations

The procedures are initiated by the beneficiary. Incarline provides the necessary elements for the preparation of the files.

6. Organization and Monitoring

The training courses are organized in person at the Incarline training center in Lodève.
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 5 people depending on the modules.
Training courses can be offered on-site for groups of 5 learners or more.

A training attendance certificate and a certificate of completion are handed over at the end of the session.
Participant attendance is monitored by signing an attendance sheet for each half-day.

Depending on the completed training courses, you benefit from post-training support: lasting up to 2 months, which includes: free access to the Baseclé technical database + free access to Incarline technical support, available on Baseclé.

7. Teaching Methods and Assessments

The assessment of acquired skills is carried out through:

• numerous practical exercises in real conditions
• situational exercises with professional Neoriv equipment, provided on-site.
• MCQs
• evaluation grids

8. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices are expressed in euros, excluding taxes or including all taxes depending on the case.
The balance payment is required upon receipt of the signed quote, unless validated external funding is in place.
The balance payment is required upon receipt of the invoice, unless external coverage is provided.
In case of abandonment or unjustified absence, part of the cost may remain due, see below.

9. Cancellation Conditions

More than 11 days before the training: cancellation without charge.
Less than 11 days before the training: 20% of the total VAT-inclusive amount will be charged – non-refundable.
In case of abandonment: possibility of partial refund, prorated to the uncommitted expenses.

10. Intellectual Property

All educational materials and technical content remain the property of Incarline.
Any reproduction, distribution, or reuse without authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Personal Data

The collected data is used solely within the framework of the training.
In accordance with the GDPR, anyone can request access, rectification, or deletion of their data.

12. Applicable Law

In case of a dispute not resolved amicably, the court of Lodève has sole jurisdiction.
These conditions are subject to French law.
