Car Key Programming - PC01 + Car Lock Picking - PC04

This first training step allows you to become operational on approximately 85% of the automotive fleet to intervene in:
  • the creation of duplicate keys from existing keys
  • the management of all keys lost (AKL) via OBD on numerous models
  • key cloning
  • key virginization
  • lock picking and decoding
  • key cutting (manual and digital)

Included in this first training step, you benefit from 2 months of post-training follow-up (Unlimited access to the Baseclé technical database and assistance).

To go further, especially in cases of total loss and bench work, we recommend completing step 2 of the training which includes 1 month of post-training follow-up and the following three training modules:
  • Micro-component soldering (REF: FS01)
  • Dump to key (REF: PC02)
  • Dump without soldering with the Yanhua Mini ACDP-2 (REF: PC05)
Download the learner's booklet to consult the different training steps and modalities in detail.

Objectives

>>> PC01 - Car Key Programming:

Analyze a client request to determine feasibility, intervention framework, technical scenario, and necessary resources;

Identify the architecture of a car key, the blade family, transponder type, and remote nature to select suitable consumables;

Perform the cutting of a blank by choosing the appropriate machine, making adjustments, and checking the result's conformity;

Use a manual cutting machine;

Distinguish and implement, within the training framework, the logics/principles/techniques of cloning, generation, programming via OBD, renewal, or reset of compatible supports;

Conduct a standardized scenario of preparation and programming on a tool, ECU, or simulator, then verify its proper functioning;

Control the quality of the intervention, mobilize a technical assistance resource, and formulate an additional need for consumables, tools, or skill enhancement.

>>> PC04 - Car Lock Picking:

Analyze the mechanical architecture of a car lock or ignition to determine the appropriate intervention method;

Identify and implement the tools and techniques of picking suitable for different vehicle types;

Perform the mechanical decoding of a lock to identify the associated cutting code;

Use a digital cutting machine to perform the cutting and duplication of car keys;

Conduct a mechanical intervention on a vehicle in the context of a total key loss, applying appropriate procedures and methods.
