Car thefts: a historic decrease in 2022
A specialist in automotive information, Autoplus informs us that last year, while we were confined twice for a total of 3 and a half months, the number of vehicle thefts recorded a 13% decrease compared to 2021. These thefts represent 121,000 vehicles, or about 331 cars stolen per day in 2022. A record decrease explained, among other things, by the lockdown which unfortunately did not stop all criminals.
